Aleksandr ("Alex") Dovgal is an innovator, entrepreneur, Iinvestor and speaker. He has a 12+- year track record of facilitating strategic innovations and a passion for developing conscious businesses which brought him to create The W1SE Corporate Culture, Ecosystem, and Community. Born into a family of Ukraine businessmen on 8/28/88, he demonstrated an innate inclination to explore and study in a broad array of subjects. This provided capabilities and vision for solving tomorrow’s problems today. Aleksandr earned degrees in radio engineering systems of aircraft complexes, percussion instruments, and professional dancing. His leadership skills were honed in on early through the opening of the DiYa youth organization and multiple businesses in Ukraine. These created a strong foundation to the initiatives he is leading and developing today. Entrepreneur: In 2009, Aleksandr started a career as a CDL driver and it led him to understand the opportunities in the transportation industry. Aleksandr witnessed how many companies consistently disregarded their drivers and normalized hostile work environments in day-to-day operations. He deeply understood why and how the industry was lagging in digital transformation and the inefficiencies in operations from a business-as-usual mentality. In 2011, DVL Express, Inc was created by Aleksandr to address the deficiencies and begin modernizing the transportation industry. In 2017, Aleksandr and his partner founded a company called FleetCare which provides outsourcing needs for other companies. Also in 2017, Aleksandr and his partner created a permitting company called Omni Star. Then, in 2018, Unibox Warehouse Inc was created to meet the growing demands of logistical needs found within the transportation industry. In 2018, the state of art repair shop, Markham Truck Center Inc, was founded. In 2022 DVL Express was nominated as the best workplace in Chicago by Chicago Tribune. Innovator: In 2018, Aleksandr started creating technology to improve efficiency within his company, FleetTec. This technology evolved into an ecosystem of software and hardware solutions for all transportation companies, thus creating W1SE Logistics in 2020. In 2021, Aleksandr and other partners started a revolutionary Web3 platform for experiences called EX3. In the following year of 2023, Aleksandr launching a unique NFT marketplace called W1SE Collect and W1SE DAO. In 2024 Alexenader is planning to start the development of the Sustainabale CIty (W1SE CITY) in Panama. Investor: During his business career, Aleksandr has invested in various projects in the technology, music, entertainment, and sport industry. American Futsal Academy was created for children in 2018 with the intention for them to learn and enjoy this beloved sport. Aleksandr is investor of web3 project, GhostDrive, which is a cyber security software. W1SE Castle is located in Solana Beach, CA and home to the W1SE team of conscious entrepreneurs, innovators, artists, and creative people. Here, you will also find the W1SE Castle Studio that Aleksandr has built for community members to record high vibrational, positive and healing music.
